Review of Rajamruth Vaidyashala in Nangal, Punjab | Case Study #29

Ulcerative Colitis that Doesn't Find a Cure in the Modern Science!

Naya Nangal can be located on the foot of Shivalik hills on one side and all the other 3 sides by the water of the river Satluj. A lake was constructed from this river and a multi-purpose dam was built on it, Bhakra Dam, which attracts lots of tourists from India and abroad. Nangal is also a planned city near Chandigarh and is famous for having a fertilizer producing establishment. The city holds a scenic view, which is seen to be believed.

A young lady, in her 30's to be more precise. Named Mrs. Krishna Sawant felt a little lazy one day and thought that as she is always busy doing household chores routinely, her body will get fine after having some rest. In the afternoon around 12:00pm, she went into her bedroom and went on to sleep but was unable to do so as she didn't sleep soundly for more time and woke up at 12:55pm. She kept turning and twisting in bed but couldn't get the sleep, but still then she kept lying on the bed, thinking that her body will get back fine. She had lost her hunger too and thus skipped having lunch that day.

When she still felt torpid and didn't feel like getting out of bed when her kids came back from their school. She has a cute pair of kids. Her son came in and after climbing on her bed asked, "Mom, is everything fine? Are you sick? Shall I call doctor uncle?" he asked. "No baby, just feeling tired, so I came and lied down. Both of you get to your room and ask Maya (their maid) to change your clothes and better stay in your room, don't go anywhere out. I'll have a word with your dad and he will take us out to dinner today, OK?" she replied.

Both jumped off the bed and rushed to their bedroom calling Maya. She again lied on the bed, when her hubby came back from office and asked," hey baby, what's wrong with you? You look so tired; did you do some physical work or what?" "I just feel tired and lazy, but don't worry I'll be fine soon," she replied and went to the kitchen to make tea for him. By the time she came back her hubby was playing with her kids. She handed him the cup of tea and asked her kids to complete their home work as they will go for an outing in the evening. The kids left and she went to the bathroom and changed her clothes after having a cold water bath.

The whole family left home in the evening and strolled around the city, did boating in the lake right next to their town had dinner and came back around 9:30 pm and their dad after parking his car, wished his kids good night and they all went to sleep, but she couldn't find her sleep and kept awake to around 2 am and then dozed off. Early next morning after seeing her kids go to school, she asked her hubby that she was feeling a mild pain in her stomach, "Do you know about any pill that can eliminate this pain, I knew something is wrong with my stomach since yesterday as I had lost the appetite." "I have an urgent meeting with my employees, but I'll send a driver and you better see Dr. Gulati and see what's wrong, OK?" he replied and drove away in his car.

She got ready and rang up her hubby to send the driver home. About 20 minutes later the driver arrived and she asked him to reach Dr. Gulati's hospital. They reached there very soon and on seeing her, he greeted her and asked "What's wrong Mrs. Sawant, you look lethargic. Is everything fine?" She told him how she felt and he began examining her and did her colonoscopy done and informed her that she had Ulcerative Colitis. He gave her some capsules and tablets and asked her to visit some reputed hospital. She came back and took those medicines as prescribed, the pain reduced but not for long as she felt the need to visit the toilet to pass stools, which she did.

In the evening when her husband returned she narrated the whole story to him and asked about any renowned hospital nearby, but he knew the reputation of a high caliber hospital at Mohali. The next day after obtaining the leave from his office came to Mohali and got registered at that renowned hospital and took the advice of their Gastroenterologist. He did her colonoscopy and prescribed some different medicines that were laced with steroids. She looked strangely at the doctor and asked him "Aren't steroids considered harmful? Don't they have too many side effects?" "But steroids are the ones that affect the body in a more effective manner, you just have this medicine and I'll see to it that they heal you," smiling he said. He handed them the slip that they went to have from their own chemist shop.

But her condition did improve initially and deteriorated later. She had loose motions, cramps in her abdomen, indigestion and became too feeble to work physically. After their treatment that kept stretching up to 1 and a half years she was reduced to be a skinny structure. She used to weep quite frequently and her hubby was a brave man who never gave up hope. He used to console her and keep asking the Gastroenterologist on what to do now. They kept altering the medicines, but to no avail. They made his flesh crawl by stating that his wife needs to take these medicines for the rest of her life, who used to visit the toilet from 20 to 25 times a day.

But he was a brave man and knew that one day I will find a suitable remedy that could cure her permanently. 'Fortune favors the brave' he kept searching the net to find a cure and ultimately reached Rajamruth Vaidyashala.

Rajamruth Vaidyashala is actually a superb clinic of healing with classical remedies, in a modern style. It is situated quite near to Chandigarh and is run & administered by a highly qualified, reputed, talented, experience holder and renowned pair of doctors, Dr. Vikram Chauhan and his wife Dr. Meenakshi Chauhan. Both are gold medalists in the Ayurvedic world. All the remedies that are produced in their premises to rectify various different diseases are at first tested in a modern lab to check their authenticity, are they organic, if yes they are used otherwise, without hearing any excuses are side lined under the vigilant eyes of this pair of Ayurvedic doctors. Rajamruth Vaidyashala is flourishing at a hectic pace, both nationally and internationally.

Rajamruth Vaidyashala is such a clinic that has benefited hundreds of UC patients by healing them and reaching a normal stage. But first he wanted to check the authenticity of this Rajamruth. He did see many videos with all the patients with many diseases finding it more beneficial than the other medical lines with no side effects. All used to come by just praising its doctors and nobody seemed fake or acting. They all appeared genuine. He had a gut feeling that he has hit the bull's eye. He contacted them by his mobile after obtaining their phone number from YouTube.

He contacted them and a sweet and polite voice of a lady answered the phone, "Hello, this is Rajamruth Vaidyashala and how can I help you?" "I need to see Dr. Vikram Chauhan about my wife who has Ulcerative Colitis, do you people have a remedy?" and he narrated the whole story. "Let me see sir, You can come here the day after tomorrow, but do bring in all the tests of labs that have been done and all the clinic slips that were made by the various doctors and her family history, OK sir, see you the day after tomorrow. The clinic opens at 9:30am sir."

The day after tomorrow both reached Rajamruth Vaidyashala in August, 2019, and were impressed after seeing a huge rush of patients that had come from far off places. Some foreigners were also sitting. Both sat with the already waiting patients and waited for their turn as the doctors serve of first come first serve basis. Their turn came at 1:30pm and both entered doctor's room. After the greetings he showed them the disease related papers and she told her own history. The doctors scrutinized the whole papers very keenly and after some discussion with themselves turned towards the lady and said, "Look Mrs. Sawant, you need to follow the prescription strictly or you will not get the desired results, instead the situation might become more deteriorated. And take Ulcerative Colitis Care Pack and note down the diets that you have to consume and which one to avoid." Her hubby began noting all the prescription on his mobile and asked the doctor, "Sir how much longer will it take to get complete treatment?" "It all depends on the patient's body. Everybody has a unique body, it might be over within a fortnight and might take 6 months, but it certainly will vanish, I am sure about that and has no side effects," came the reply.

Both got up and reached the pharmacy, which is situated within the premises and left after having the pack. After a fortnight she began feeling the symptoms being reduced and after about 2 months, she felt 99.9% fine. It's just been 2 months and she has started feeling better, she called in September and she had a mild acidity to know the truth, but the doctor assured her that it's nothing serious. The way she was speaking, the doctor could feel her true health condition as she was chuckling. She has found a cure after spending so much money and time on modern science and she got healed by an old Indian science. That's why they say, "OLD IS GOLD."
